The Family Advice South Wales focusses on establishing outreach services in schools, often the first point of contact for struggling families. Schools are ideal locations for providing accessible, holistic, multi-issue support. This project includes income maximisation support, identifying unclaimed benefits, supporting grant applications, applications and appeals, access to emergency financial support, managing problems with money and debt and more.
If you’re a professional in a school or education setting and would like to talk more about working with this project or inviting us to your setting, please email familyadvice@carct.org.uk.
